Dear Ms. Finamore:
I wish to report and confirm two telep g calls from you, each occurring at approximately 4:40 p.m. on tg u 27 and 28,1982.
Since my secretary's work day ends at 4:15 p.m., you reached me directly.
The purpose of each of these calls was to advise me of delivery delays of the two pleadings identified by you during the Board's conference call of August 27, 1982 which concluded at about 2:50 p.m.
Whereas I can perceive no substantive violation of ex parte communication constraints, I should like to remind you that it is not appropriate for you to communicate privately with a Board Member. Your cooperation in this matter will be appreciated.
