PHYSICAL SECURITY INSPECTION AT D. C. COOK
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. J. L. Belanger of this office
on November 17-19, 22-24, 1993. This inspection included a review of
activities authorized for your D. C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant facility. At
the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those
members of your staff identified in the enclosed letter.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within

these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures,
representative records, and interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this
