Dear Administrative Judges:

1 On July 7, 1982, Judge Robert G. Wright, Associate Administrative Judge of Callaway County, formally objected to John Reed's Motion to Compel Discovery from the County. The next day, Mr. Reed moved that the Board overrule Judge Wright's objections. This letter is to notify the Board that the Staff adheres to the position set forth in a letter by Staff Counsel to the Board dated July 21, 1982, and will not respond to Judge Wright's objections or Mr. Reed's latest motion unless requested to do so by the Board, as this matter involves a discovery dispute between Judge Wright and Mr. Reed.
