CRITICK. PATH WAS: SHUFFLE INTERNALS IN SPENT FUEL POOL, RELOAD & VERIFY CORE, RESTORE AND DECON REFUEL CAVITY, TENSION HEAD AND COMPLETE REASSEMBLY, HEATUP AND FUNCTIONAL TESTS FOR MODE 4, FUNCTIONAL TESTS FOR MODE 3. HEATUP AND l FUNCTIONAL TESTS FOR MODE '2, LOW POWER PHYSICS TESTING FOR MODE 1, RAISE POWER, TURBlNE TESTING, BREAKER CLOSURE EVENT 93-2 CAUSE: GENERATOR TRIP ON NEGATIVE PHASE SEQUENCE CORRECTIVE ACTION: INVESTIGATION REVEALED IMPROPER WIRING OF THE NEGATIVE PHASE SEQUENCE RELAY, WHICH HAD BEEN REPLACED DURING THE OUTAGE. THE WIRING WAS CORRECTED AND THE RELAY .

CAllBRATION PROCEDURE WAS REVISED.

EVENT 93-3 CAUSE: UNIT TAKEN OFF LINE FOR TURBINE OVERSPEED TESTING CORRECTIVE ACTION: TESTING COMPLETED. UNIT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
