This is in reply to your letter dated May 17,1982 (GAC #696-3076), in which you submitted revisions to Sections 3.0 and 5.0 of your Fundamental Muclear Material Control Plan (FNf"CP).
We have reviewed the revisions and found them to be acceptable. We have further detemined that these changes to your FNPCP do not adversely affect the comon defense and security nor the public health and safety, and are othenvise in the public interest.
Accordingly, we are revising License Condition 2.1 of the Safeguards Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-696, effective imediately, to incorporate these revisions. Revised License Condition 2.1 now reads as follows:
2.1 lhe licensee shall follow his plan titled " Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan" (GA-A-13248), Revision 2, dated February 1976, as amended March 24, 1976, November 10, 1976, September 26, 1977, and August 14, 1978; as revised September 27, and October 11,1978. April 20, and June 21, 1979, and April 2,1981, as in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
l Ue have established that the enclosure to your May 17, 1982 letter contains infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such infomation is deemed to be commercial or financial infomation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject t6 disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12
