This modification is issued to provide for the installation and maintenance of ten (10) additional user terminals on the Document Control System (DCS); provide for the reloca-tion of terminals as may be required during the performance of this contract; reflect the amount of award fee for the first evaluation period; and make other administrative changes in'the contract.

The httached May 25, 1982 Computer Equipment list (new Attachment 2) supercedes in its The entirety the March 1981 list (old Attachment 2) and Attachment 2A of the. contract.
ten (10) additional terminals provided for herein have been identified as NRC Tag Nos.
010334 through 010343.
The tag numbers and locations shall be added to Attachment 2 upon installation of equipment at the various NRC sites. The installation of the ten (10) terminals shall be performed in accordance with PRC/GIS technical proposal dated May 5,1982,' incorporated herdin by this reference.
- 3. Under ARTICLE I, Task 1/', DCS MAINTENANCE, Paragraph 12.1 Hardware Maintenance, the following sentence is added:
"The Contractor shall also be required to relocate terminals as may be required by the NRC during the performance of this contract.

Under ARTICLE III, Paragraph A is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
A.
Estimated Cost, Fixed (Base)' Fee, Award Fee, and Obligation 1.
The estimated cost to the Government for all alloEable costs, base fee, and award fee shall not exceed $4,655,851.88.for full performance of this contract.
The sum of $4,316,364.58 represents the estimated reimbursable costs; $135,580.49 represents the fixed (base) fee; and
$203,906.81 represents the award fee pool which may be earned as provided by ARTICLE V - AWARD FEE.

The total amount currently obligated and available for payment under this contract is $2,282,917.46.
It is estimated that the amount currently obligated will cover the period of performance from the effective date of the contract through February 2,1983.

Your attention is directed to Clause No. 5,2 entitled LIMITATION OF FUNDS of the General F rovisions.
