Dear Mr. Sullivan:
The purpose of this modification is to revise the period of performance of the subject task order at no additional cost to the Government.
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the task order relative to this extension shall be required. Therefore, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence of paragraph three of the definitization letter for this task order is deleted in its entirety and is replaced by the following sentence:
" Task Order No. 01, shall be in effect from May 11, 1993, through December 7,1993, with a total cost ceiling of
$24,438.43."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate yeur acceptance of modification no. I to task order no. I by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
