L materials and has been emptied of contents is excepted from marking and labeling requirements.
Labels previously applied may be removed or covered as long.as the " EMPTY" label prescribed in 49 CFR 172.450 is affixed to the packaging.

l Contrary to the above, on June 4-8,-1990, the licensee shipped.three empty.(wooden boxes) packages which previously contained radioactive materials' and had been emptied of contents to its corporate site'in

Review the listed regulation guides and OSHA regulation and establish a frequency for load test'ng the 5-Ton UF cylinder crane.
