DOCKET NO. 70-1068 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of September 13, 1990, which transmitted Revision 4 to the University of Florida SPERT Assembly Physical Security Plan.
Our review of the changes has found most of them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e). -Onsite review of the changes to the security system described in Appendix A will be reviewed during the next physical security inspection.
Our findings relative to reconfiguration _ of the system
. hardware will be documented in the inspection report.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).-
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial information within the 'neaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be
' subject to public -disclosure only in accordance~ with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19.
