Contract No. NRC-33-94-186 Modification No.1 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the performance period of the subject contract from November 8, 1993 through November 7, 1996 to November 15, 1993 through November 14, 1996, to coincide with the acceptance date of this requirement by the U.S. Small Business Administration, as reflected in Pulsar Data System's request dated November 19, 1993, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof this contract modification. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made: 1. Under Block 3 of the Standard Form 26, the effective date of the subject contract is hereby revised to read as follows: " November 15, 1993" 2. Under Section F, Article F.5, Duration of Contract Period, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following: "F.5 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD Although the Government contemplates use of the system (s) (harcware and software) for the system's life of 5 years from date of installation, the term of this contract is from November 15; 1993 l through November 14, 1996." l Hain: This is a fixed price requirements type contract whereby delivery orders will be issued by the NRC Project Officer. Therefore, any reference to the issuance of a task order under this contract shall be deleted and replaced with the issuance of a delivery order.
