Dear Dr. Bolon:
We have received the revisions made under 10 CFR 50.54(p) to the Physical Security Plan for University of Missouri at Rolla. We have determined that the revisions do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the previously approved plan.
The revisions have been incorporated as a part of your physical security plan. The currently approved physical security plan for your facility now consists of the following:
" Physical Security Plan, University of Missouri-Rolla Reactor", submitted by letter dated December 14, 1979, as amended by letters dated June 2, 1981, July 2, 1981, and June 9, 1982.
For your infonnation, the June 9,1982 letter as well as any future correspondence identifying security measures, should be marked pursuant to10CFR2.790(d).
