-The purpose of this modification is to revise the provisional indirect rates for the period of April 13, 1990 to April 19, 1992 pursuant to Viking Systems International's March 15, 1990 letter and the results of a recently completed audit by Defense Contract Audit Agency.
Accordingly, the contract is modified to read as follows:
