Accordingly, the parties mutually agree to the following:

A.

Article II - Period of Performance, is revised to read:

The period of performance shall be from the contract effective date through June 30, 1983.

In accordance with Article V, Ins _pection and Acceptance, Benjamin H. Vogler is hereby B.

designated as the Contracting Officer's Authorized Representative for the purpose of assuring that all services required under the contract are. ordered and delivered /

performed in accordance therewith.

Within the purview of this authority, the C0AR is authorized to approve payment vouchers for the services described above, as may be required under the contract.

The C0AR is not authorized to:

(1) place orders for work in excess of the monetary amodnt specified therein; (2) make any changes in or modifications to, nor waive any of its requirements; (3) terminate, settle any claim or dispute thereunder, or issue any unilateral directive whatever; nor to (4) make any decision, which may, in effect, result in any of the foregoing.
