This is in response to your letter dated August 10, 1993, in which you informed the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission that you discontinued radiographic operations and stated that you would like to surrender your NRC Materials License No. 50-23257-01.
Please note that termination of your materials license does not cause your Quality Assurance (QA) Program to be automatically terminated. Your QA Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0620 is still in effect.
If you wish to terminate your QA Program Approval, please request this action in writing If we do not receive this request for termination of i
