This confirms our plans as discussed between Mr. M. Phillips of this office and Mr. B. Miller of your staff to hold an enforcement conference at 1 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, December 14, 1993, at the NRC Region III office, 801 Warrenville Road, Lisle, Illinois.
The purpose of this conference is to discuss the apparent violation concerning a breakdown of your corrective action program, where repetitive conditions adverse to quality identified by the Fermi organization have continued over time without correction.
