these areas, the inspection consisted of a review of Restart Issue 2, Station

Problem Report (SPR) Process, as identified in Attachment 2_ of NRC Inspection

Report 50-498/93-31; 50-499/93-31. At the conclusion.of this inspection,--the

management of the SPR backlog and the process for SPR , investigation had been

reviewed.

Restart Issue 2 remained open with the related items from

Attachment 2 of NRC Inspection Report 50-498/93-31;.50-499/93-31 warranting ~

further inspection (Results Section, page 2).
