This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Messrs. M. A. Kunowski-and.

N. Shah of this office on October 25 - 29, 1993. The inspection included a
review of activities authorized at your Perry Nuclear' Power Plant. At the
conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members-
of your staff identified in the enclosed inspection report.

Areas examined during the inspection are; identified in th'e enclosed report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective examination of
procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, independent

dose rate measurements, and observations of' activities'in progress.

No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of the
inspection.
