This refers to your letter dated March 22,1993, and supplemented by your letter dated July
15, 1993, in response to the Notice of Violation in Inspection Report Nos. 50-245/92-29; 50-
336/92-31 and 50-423/92-28. The violation involved failure to follow the procedures for
bypass jumpers, failure to implement effective corrective actions to prevent repetition of
valve mispositionings, and failure to update the Final Safety Analysis Report.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your
letters. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
