This letter is a supplement to our final report, QA-1656, dated l
March 8, 1982, concerning the subject deficiency.
Our previous report stated that undersized wiring in 480V Motor Control Centers would be replaced by June 30, 1982. The delivery of l
new wire has been delayed and, thus, this completion date could not be met.
It is now expected that this wiring replacement will be completed by September 30, 1982. The Commission will be advised if any further delays prohibit the necessary work from being accomplished on this date.
We trust the above will be found acceptable as a supplement to our final report concerning the subject deficiency.
