The hydrogen peroxide system was found to be air bound on the day in question.
No solution had been injected into the raw well water, i
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
A permanent hydrogen peroxide system is to be installed as soon as equipment can be obtained.
This system should relieve problems with the operation of the temporary system.
