Discuss potential 15 changes regarding:
o secondary containment integrity requirements for cold shutdown and refueling, o standby liquid control system poison concentration.
o increased cooling capability to accommodate full spent 1
fuel pool storage, o limitations on using containment and drywell purge systems during power operation startup and hot standby, o requirements for dewatering wells to maintain ground water below design basis level.
