Dear Ms. Moore:
He are the attorneys representing the Hendrick Hudson Central School Dictrict located in the Village of Buchanan, Town of Cortlandt, W?stchester County, New York.
We understand from a recent telephone conversation with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Region 1 Public Relations Office, that it will still be possible to be heard at one of the so-called limited appearance hearings scheduled throughout the area as part of the Indian Point Special Proceeding.
Would you please notify us, as counsel for the Hendrick Hudson Central School District, when the Board in the Indian Point Special Proceeding schedules another limited appearance.
We understand that we may ask your office to arrange that time be reserved for us to appear on_ behalf of the Hendrick Hudson Central School District at such a limited appearance hearing.
