SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (TS) CHANGE 93 " DELETION OF REQUIREMENTS OF LICENSE CONDITION 2.H" In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the SQN Units 1 and 2 licenses.
The proposed change deletes the requirements of Section 2.H of the SQN' Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating Licenses.-
The proposed change to the licenses is identified in Enclosure 1.
The justification for the proposed change is provided in Enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.
IVA requests a 45-day implementation period for this TS change following issuance. As the requested amendment represents a reduction in regulatory burden TVA is requesting an expeditious review. As additional information, TVA will be proposing the deletion'of implemented license conditions in future amendment requests.
