Revisions to the following procedure were approved by ballot of the Reactor Safeguards Committee at their meeting of 4 Oct 89:
Procedurc No. 21 - Alpha Particle Assay of Reactor Liquids.
The revision covered (1) assay techniques to be followed using a newly acquired dual-channel scaler (Ludlum Model 2929) libration using rather than a I

The Committee found that implementation of the revised procedure would involve no risk to the integrity of the reactor or the safety of personnel.
