Dear Mr. DelGeorge:
SUBJECT: NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-373/93021; 50-
374/93021))
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated October 27,'1993,
in response to our letter dated September 27, 1993, transmitting a Notice
of Violation associated with the willful and deliberate action taken by an
individual to remove a radiological control posting at the LaSalle County
Station. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further
questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during
future inspections.
The circumstances leading to this violation is yet another example of the
declining trend in your radiological controls program at the station as
discussed in Inspection Report Nos. 50-373/93027(DRSS) and 50-374/93027(DRSS).
