ENCLOSURE 1 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos. 50-327, 50-328 Sequoyah 1, 2 License Nos. DPR-77, DPR-79 During NRC inspections conducted on August 2-29, 1992, and November 1-28, 1992, violations of NRC requirements were identified.

In accordance with the

" General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violations are listed below:

10 CFR 50.9, Comp!eteness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders, or i

license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.

Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects. Specifically, during a ten week period beginning in May, 1992, seven records were identified as being incomplete or i

inaccurate, and a firewatch check sheet, completed on November 5, 1992, was also identified as being inaccurate. These errors were material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
