Reference 4, Amendment #35 to SNM-1067, approved Combustion Engineering's Radiological Coqtingency Plar3 with the understanding that certain NRC re-quirements would be included in the plan. The NRC comments have been in-cluded in the attached submittal and copies of the revised plan are submitted herein identified as Revision 2, dated May 21, 1982.
