i2. DE SCB FION OF AutNDMINT/MODIFICAluCH This Modification No.1 is issued to exercise the Government's option to extend the period of performance for one year, and to add current ' funds to cover said performance.
The contract is hereby amended, as follows:
Change ARTICLE IV - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE to read:
"The period of performance with respect to this ' contract shall commence on Sept. 17, 1981,
'and all work shall ' e completed on Sept. 16, 1983."
b Change ARTICLE X - OBLIGATIONS to read:
"The amount presently obligated by the NRC with respect to this contract is $3,691.60."
As a result of this modification, the monetary value of this contract is hereby increased by $3,691.60, from $3,356.00 to a new total of $7,047.60."
