This letter is to confirm our plans to meet with you and your colleagues on November 16, 1978, to discuss the NRC's regulatory progra:a for protection of the public health and safety, specifically as it relates to the Northern States Power Company Prairie Island As you know, the meeting is being held for officials of plant.
the City of Red Wing, the Welch Township, and the Goodhue County Board of Cocsaissioners.
The neeting vill be at 2:00 p.m. (nocJ.nally one hour) in the Council Chanbass, Red Wing City Hall. While the meeting is intended to be informal, we have prepared a tentative agenda which is enclosed.
