This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Ccmmission (NRC) administered
examinations led by D. Charles Payne during the period October 8-15, 1993.
The examinations were administered to employees of your company who had-

applied for licenses to operate the North Anna Power Station. At the
conclusion of-the examination, the examinations and preliminary findings were
discussed with those members of your staff identified in the NRC Examination
Report, Enclosure 1.
