Docket Nos. 50-424-OLA-3, 50-425-OLA-3 ASLBP No. 93-671-01-OLA-3

Dear Mr. Lamberski:

It has come to my attention that you, or members of your firm, have contacted NRC employees for information relative to the pending administrative proceeding.

As you are aware the NRC is requested by counsel.

Please assure that all future are only made through NRC counsel in keeping with the usual practice in this situation.

In addition, I again call to your attention that discovery of NRC personnel is governed by 10 C.F.R. S 2.720(h) (2),

which requires any such request first be made to the Executive Director For Operations.

Sincerely, A

Charles A.
