NOTICE OF VIOLATION Entergy Operations, Inc.
Docket No. 50-313 i
Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 License No. DPR-51 During an NRC inspection conducted on August 2 through September 12, 1992, violations of NRC requirements were identified.
In accordance with the
" General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violations are listed below:
i 10 CFR 50.9, " Completeness and accuracy of. information," requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders,-or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.
s Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be i
maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete i
and accurate in all material respects.
Specifically, during the period of January 24 to February 1, 1992, you identified three nonlicensed operators who had documented log readings or door checks inconsistent with the security door i
data.
These errors were material in that they indicated that checks had been made when they had not.
