VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT SPECIAL REPORT STEAM GENERATOR TUBES PLUGGED DURING THIRD UNIT 2 REFUELING OUTAGE In accordance with the requirements of the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit I and 2 Technicai Specifications, sections 4.4.5.5.a and 6.8.2, Georgia Power Company hereby submits this special report related to the number of steam generator tubes plugged during the Unit 2 third refueling outage (2R3).
After completion ofinservice inspection (ISI) on October 2,1993, two (2) tubes in steam generator No. I that had been previously plugged with Inconel 600 plugs were replugged with Inconel 690 plugs. This reflects our implementation of a previously stated comnsttment.
Complete ISI results will be submitted within 12 months per Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.b.
