From August 30,1993, thru September 2,1993, the NRC administer:d examinations to two

candidates who had applied for Senior Reactor Operator licenses to operate the Three Mile
Island Unit I facility. Both candidates passed their examinations. At the conclusion of the
examination, the examination abservations were discussed with you and those members of

your staff identified in the enclosed examination report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and
the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. Shoeld you have any
