- 1) ULNRC-2809, Dated June 9,1993 Based on our discussion on September 30,1993, the following information is furnished for your use in reviewing revision 16 to the Callaway Plant Operating Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM):
1)
Marked-up pages for additional minor changes in OQAM Sections 15.1 and Appendix A Regulatory Guides 1.8 and 1.88.
2)
Explanation and justification for the changes above plus additional justification for changes in Section 9.3 which can be interpreted as a reduction in commitment.
These changes have been evaluated by Union Electric and the revised OQAM continues to satisfy the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix B.
