CHANGE NAME OF PDTF BUILDING AND AUTHORIZE SEISMIC TESTING (TAC NO.
L30587)
In accordance with your amendment application dated June 18, 1993, and the changes to Part II dated December 8, 1992, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1227 is hereby amended to authorize a change to the name of the Fuel Cooling Test Facility (FCTF) to the Product Development Test Facility (PDTF) and to add seismic testing to the list of authorized activities performed in the PDTF.
Accordingly, Condition S-1 is amended to include the date of June 18, 1993.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the Materials License SNM-1227 and Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
