Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures j Gentlemen:

I Attached are the latest issues of four recently revised Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. The revised procedures do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan. This submittal is in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50.

Included in this submittal are the following procedures:

1. EP-002-101 (Revision 18), Operational Support Center (OSC)

Activation, Operation and Deactivation

2. EP-002-130 (Revision 14), Emergency Team Assignments
3. EP-002-150 (Revision 10), Emergency Plan Implementing Records
