(FNMC) Plan i
The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits a revision updating the FNMC Plan for the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division's Fuel Fabrication Facility located near Columbia,- South Carolina. This submittal is being rnade in 'accordance with the provisions of 10CFR70.32(c), since it does not decrease the effectiveness of the currently approved nuclear material control and accounting (MC&A) program.
Two changes have not previously been submittet in Chapter 6, Paragraph 6.1.1(b).2, the Development / Scan item Control Location has been eliminated as it is no longer used; and in Paragraph 6.2.4, references to " attest in writing" have been amplified to include entering appropriate transactions in a computer.
