REFERENCE:
FNMC Plan, SNM-1168, Docket 70-1021 NRC requested that B&W Fuel, Company (BWFC) submit revisions to their FNMC Plan for their Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant (CNFP) to alleviate inconsistencies that vere identified in NRC inspection 93-201.
Attachment I list the effected three pages with the current date and revision number.
Six copies of these changes are provided.
Please remove only those three pages of the FNMC plan and replace them with the ones provided.
BWFC regards these changes as an increase rather than decrease of the Plans effectiveness and are submitting these changes under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32.
