Three Mile Island Nuclear Station (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Withdrawal of Technical Specification Change Request No. 217 As permitted by 10CFR2.107, GPUN requests to withdraw Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 217.
TSCR No. 217 was submitted June 19, 1992 to modify the TMI-l Technical Specifications to temporarily exclude Reactor Coolant-Pump Snubber RC-U-003 from the operability requirements, as a contingency measure until the TMI-l 10R refueling outage.
Repairs conducted during Cycle 10 maintained snubber RC-U-003 in an operable condition and this contingency is no longer required. Therefore, we request that TSCR No. 217 be withdrawn:
