This confirms our plans as discussed between Mr. M. P. Phillips of this office l
and Mr. M. Bourassa of your office to conduct an Enforcement Conference at 10 a.m. (CDT) on October 12, 1993, at the Region 111 office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
This Enforcement Conference is to discuss the apparent violations pertaining l
to the loss of control of two plant evolutions at your Big Rock Point facility.
The events involved a loss of containment integrity with subsequent change in operational mode and an overpressurization of the primary system during the performance of the system pressure test.
At the Enforcement I
Conference you should be prepared to address the issues identified in Inspection Report No. 50-155/93015.
