This refers to the Enforcement Conference conducted by W. L. Axelson and other
members of the Region III staff on September 23, 1993, concerning activities
at the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation corporate office and to the
discussion of our findings with you and your staff. We have enclosed a report
summarizing the discussion.
You will be notified by separate correspondence of our decision regarding the
