BIG ROCK POINT PLANT - ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT RE: REPORTING REQUIREMENT FOR EFFLUENT RELEASES (TAC NO. M87087)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.111 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated July 19, 1993, as suppleinented August 24, 1993.
The amendment changes the reporting requirement for effluent releases from semiannual to annual. This change is consistent with the revision of l
10 CFR 50.36a(a)(2) which was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on August 31, 1992 (57 FR 39358).
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federa, Reaister i
notice.
