In our letter of September 8, 1993, (enclosed) we advised that we intended to release a redacted copy of your response to our chilling effect letter twenty days from September 8, 1993.

On September 27, 1993, we were contacted by counsel for Gulf States Utilities Company with suggestions for additional deletions of the same kind as previous deletions that have been made to protect personal privacy.

We have considered those deletions and accepted all but one.

The results of these discussions were relayed to your counsel.

The revised redacted document which is enclosed is being placed in the Public Document Room this date.
