Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS)
Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request LCR.93-20 Miscellaneous Changes By letter dated August 3 0,' 1 9 9 3,- Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted the subject license change request ~ (LCR) to the NRC.
The submittal proposes to:
(a)
Revise Table 3.8.4.1-1 by deleting Breaker No. 52-263022 because this breaker was disconnected and converted to spare status by a plant design change.
(b)
Revise Technical Specification 3.11.2.7, so that the units of the radioactivity rate of the noble gases measured at the recombiner after-condenser discharge are measured in microcuries/sec instead of millicuries /sec, and the action statement reference to HOT STANDBY is changed to HOT SHUTDOWN.
- Also, in Surveillance Requirements (4.11.2.7.2.b) the reference to Offgas Radioactivity Monitor is changed to Offgas Pretreatment Radiation Monitor.
i The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection &
Energy's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE), reviewed the subject amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b).
Based on this review, the BNE has no comments.
