REVISION 9 TO THE RIVER BEND STATION EMERGENCY PLAN We have received your letter dated August 5,1993, which transmitted Revision 9 to the River Bend Station Emergency Response Plan.
The pian revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and includes changes to your Emergency Acticn Levels and Initiating Conditions. The revision reflects the recent changes made to procedure EIP-2-001, " Classification of Emergencies." These changes were previously reviewed and approved by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation as documented in their letter dated February 24, 1993.
Consequently, the changes contained in Revision 9 of the River Bend Station Emergency Plan are acceptable and do not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency planning for the River Bend Station.
