and Ms. Sarah Reece-Koenig of your staff to conduct an enforcement conference at
2:00 p.m.
(CDT) on Tuesday, October 5, 1993, at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission Region III Office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this enforcement conference is to discuss the Unit 2 refueling
floor contamination event during reactor vessel head disassembly at LaSalle
Station as discussed in Inspection Report 50-374/93025(DRSS).
