Dear Mr. Yamaguchi:
The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently undergone a reorganization and the Transportation Branch has been placed in the Division of Industrial and Medical Nuclear Safety (IMNS). As the Division Director for IMNS, I have succeeded Mr. Robert Burnett in his responsibilities for the Agreement between the NRC and the Power Reactor Nuclear Fuel Development Corporation (PNC) on the Testing and Administrative Program for Certifying Plutonium Air Transport Packages (the Agreement).
In accordance with Section 6.4 of the Agreement, enclosed is a revised Appendix C to the Agreement to identify new members of the NRC staff for written and oral communication between PNC and NRC.
