Enclosed is the list of.. personnel that are to be granted unescorted ' access to your facility. These individuals are to be afforded immediate, unfettered access equivalent to that provided regular plant employees, following proper identification and compliance with applicable access control measures for security, radiological protection and personal safety.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has determined that these individuals have knowledge and training sufficient to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 19.12 and the criteria in Regulatory Guide 8.27.
