As you requested, the following is a description of the subject arca of Mr. Alan Herdt's testimony.
At the time relevant to this action, Mr. Hardt served as Chief, Reactor Projects Branch No. 3, Division of Reactor Projects, Region II.
This branch oversaw Mr.
Zarr's assignment to the Hatch Nuclear Pover Plant from April to September 1990.
Mr. Hardt will testify concerning his approval and subsequent investigation in May and early Jtine,1990, of Mr.
Zerr's time and attendance (including overtime) submissions for Pay Periods 9, 10, a-3 11, including a meeting attended Mr.
Zerr and Mr. Eerdt on May 10, 1990, concerning these su asions.
